“The apartments are beautiful and brand new. The community is always clean. The process to get my apartment was really fast.You have to pay $15 parking fee per vehicle and same amount per pet. Keep it in mind The community needs a playground for children. I think that would come in time. We dont like the pool table area, golf simulator and and mail room for big packages is close at 8pm. Some people work till late at night. Many times being charge a violation for the garbage not my fault they forget mines. All the events they do for the community to socialize are early during the day when everyone is working 🤷♀️. Most people miss all of them.”
